Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying for the new plan, which activates immediately. Plans don't auto-renew — you renew whenever you like, and you can downgrade to Free anytime from your billing settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
USD checkout uses international cards. Kenya customers can select the fixed KES price book for Kenyan cards and M-PESA. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes! You save approximately 17% when you choose yearly billing instead of monthly.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade for higher limits or buy prepaid AI/OCR credits to continue parsing. Paid allowances reset on your monthly subscription anniversary, including on annual plans; Free allowances reset on the 1st of each month. Customer, material, template and storage limits are total capacity limits and do not reset monthly.
